So pretty. It was very cold here in Atlanta today and it's going below freezing this weekend.
My hostas are already huge. I wonder if they'll make it through the freeze.
*hugs Augie to keep her warm*
Brrrrrrrr...My guess the weather will get better some time later this week.
PS I love it when the O's beat the Yankees.
*smoooooch*
*snuggles super close to Nookie*
My hostas are just poking up. It's my tulips I'm worried about. And the dogwood tree, which won't bloom until May but the buds have formed. We have a freeze warning right now.
Monsty! I love it when the O's beat the Yankees too! :-)
We had a lot of trees budding last month (including cherry trees) and we had a few frosts and they all survived.
*smooch*
I would love to plant some dogwood and cherry trees on my property. Perhaps next year.
Very pretty. Still no flowers here. I probably won't be planting any this year either. Maybe the window boxes again but that'll be it.
I don't think we'll have any problems with it warming up. Does anybody remember the 70 degrees in the middle of winter thing just a few short months ago? I kind of welcome the cold when it comes.
*smells Augies flowers*
Soon. *sigh*
I hate that the kids will be cold in their Easter outfits.
*sigh* Nope never. It's 28 and snowing.
*pulls covers back over head*
So beautiful, Augie! Thanks!
I give up. There's snow in the forecast for tomorrow yet again. *kicks cold dirt*
Nope, it won't warm up.
My large tulips, altho they were bent over during the frost, are standing pretty proud today. Here's hoping they survive!
So pretty Augie. So so pretty.
I just dug up my hostas. And my dafodils. And my bushes. And a whole lot of roots.
I'm starting over. Actually, I'm just starting because I've never done this before.
