Disclaimer: The above photo was taken last spring. My current garden is trying to recover from the massive rain we had this past week (14 inches in 4 days!). I wanted a red/white/blue theme so this picture seems appropriate.

I was wondering how your garden was doing after all that rain.
We're having a BBQ and going to see fireworks at the mall, which are shot off over the mall. We have a local parade, but I don't want to go this year; it's over 100 degrees here.
Yes, I went to the reunion.
Yes, I've gone to everyone we've had (every 5 years!).

Puffy -- the garden is doing fairly well, a few things are beaten down, a few are water logged, but my biggest problem now is weeds. The weeds are trying to take over!

Boo <----- Cannot laugh about a 20th reunion because last week I realized that I graduated 16 years ago.
*sighs*
We were supposed to go to the Bay on Saturday. Conner was up all night (ALL NIGHT) on Friday, so I sent DH to the Bay and Conner and I finally slept on Saturday.
Yesterday I cleaned and started writing a newsletter that should have been published last week.
It's official! Goth is my mostest favorite ever! *grin*

How was the reunion?
Yeah, how was the reunion? Did you wear flip flops? Did you see John Travolta? *grin*
The reunion was fun. I wore flip flops on Sunday, but not on Friday (the happy hour), or Saturday (the dinner at the golf club).
John Travolta was not there because he did not graduate with us. Nor did he go to my high school. Or live in my state. *rolls eyes* Besides, he's OLDER than me. Sheesh.
