For Carey
A new post, just for Carey because she is scared of a *rolls eyes* picture of a little ole teeny tiny garden spider.
Sheesh. I bet she's scared of butterflies. And cotton balls. And fluffy socks.
so, what do you think Carey is scared of?
Summer afternoon-summer afternoon; to me those have always been the two most beautiful words in the English language. ~ Henry James

An empty liquor cabinet? *grin*
DRINKS ON CAREY!
LOL, Breezy!
I think she's scared of flies that masquerade as spiders.
Ooh! I know! She's scared of germs, too!
Silly Carey.
Thank you Augie. Make fun of me if you will but at least that skeeery spider is gone.
No, that's your fear Breezy. *grin*
Arkie? WHACK. That is not doing a very good job of butt kissing.
yes, MM, I am afraid of those icky germs. *shudder*
You heard Breezy. DRINKS ON ME!!!
Soft pink sweaters, maybe? I want her to fly out here and do a "Queer Eye for the Straight Girl" for the Stepford wives.
*shudder*
Ok yes, I am afraid of tweed.
Carey is afraid of meeting me. She worries she would then forever be in love w/ my unattainable beauty and wit.
pfffft, beauty and wit have never been a fear factor for me. Bring it on, Rose. *smooch*
Carey is afraid of dresses and girly clothes!!!
OOPS!
Carey isn't afraid of anything. She is extremely brave. Hence the nickname, bravie. The thing about germs and spiders is just her way of trying to appear not perfect, so the rest of us don't feel so inferior.
She is afraid of elbow length rubber gloves.
I? am very very brave. I even looked at that icky spider thread over there. But I admit that after I saw the picture once I could not look at it again. I almost threw up when I saw it. *shudder*
I am very disturbed about it crawling on her. GAH!!!!!!!!! I'm afraid. I'm going to lock myself in a padded cell now.
I made you Grover's Godmother.
Carey is afraid of spiders.
I still can't get over that. She is so tough. Why would she freak out over something that could not actually hurt her one bit?
YAY! I'm Grover's Godmother! Thanks Monsty. I promise to be the bestest Godmother ever.
We laugh about that all the time, Coco. I really am not afraid of much at all. Things that I should be afraid of don't scare me one bit. But the tiniest of any spider and I freeze and gag and hide under a blanket until Michelle gets rid of it. Now I have the willies.
I'm afraid and repulsed by birds. Filthy, winged rats.
(I miss you Augie! And yes, Grover is one lucky pup!)
Breezy took my answer.
Well, Carey, I guess everyone has to have some phobia. I just didn't know that Monsty and I shared one.
Birds. Brrr.
